We train. We place. We follow through.
Across nine districts of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, we find the young people who need work, train them in government-approved trades, and stay with them until they are earning.

How it works
From a village doorstep to a first pay cheque
Three steps, and we stay involved through all of them. Most of our work happens outside the classroom — before a candidate enrols, and after the course ends.

STEP 01
Mobilisation
Our teams travel to villages and blocks across nine districts, sit down with families, explain the scheme in plain language, check who is eligible and help each candidate complete admission.

STEP 02
Training
Full days at our own centres — classroom theory plus hands-on practical on the approved curriculum, with computer skills and employability training built into every course.

STEP 03
Placement
The step most training providers stop short of. We run placement drives with employers, prepare candidates for interviews, and stay in touch after they join so the job actually lasts.
What we do
Three programmes, one purpose
Skilling, placement and rural development are not separate projects for us. They are the same chain of work, and we run every link of it ourselves.
The missions we work under
SRS Rural & Skill Development Society is an empanelled training partner for central and state skilling missions. Each one has its own rules, targets and audits, and we deliver against all of them.
UPSDM
Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission
The Uttar Pradesh government’s skilling mission. As an empanelled training provider we deliver free short-term vocational courses to UP youth, with state certification and placement support.
DDU-GKY
Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana
The Ministry of Rural Development’s placement-linked skilling scheme for rural youth aged 15 to 35 from poor households. We run it as a Project Implementing Agency, with residential training and binding placement targets.
RSLDC
Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation
Rajasthan’s state skilling body. We deliver RSLDC-approved courses for candidates in Sawai Madhopur and Sikar, following the same mobilise–train–place model we use in Uttar Pradesh.
UPDESCO
Uttar Pradesh Development Systems Corporation
The state corporation behind Uttar Pradesh’s IT and e-governance programmes. We work with UPDESCO on computer training and digital literacy for rural candidates.
